Diplomats discuss Uzbek-Russian ties

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to Russia Ziyodulla Polatkhodjaev held a meeting with the Russian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and State Secretary Grigory Karasin on 15 January 2013.

The sides considered current state and perspectives of Russian-Uzbek relations in context of the results of the visit of Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov to Uzbekistan on 17-18 December 2012.

Russian Foreign Ministry said that the sides also considered situation in Central Asian Region and development of situation around subsidiary of MTS in Uzbekistan – Uzdunrobita.
