Denis Istomin fails to advance to quarterfinals of Citi Open

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Uzbekistan number one Denis Istomin could not advanced to quarterfinals of Citi Open in Washington, the United States.

In the third quarter of the tournament, Istomin lost in three sets to Donald Young of the United States with the score 3:6, 6:3 and 3:6.

The match lasted an hour and 40 minutes. Istomin broke his opponent once, recorded 11 aces and three double faults.

Donald Young broke his opponent twice. He served five aces and committed one double fault.
