Uzbek Textile Makers Sign Deals With Saudi Arabian Hoteliers
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Large-scale bilateral B2B negotiations took place at the Humo Arena multifunctional complex in the capital of Uzbekistan.
The meeting was organized with the assistance of the Uztextileprom Association. It brought together approximately 80 major owners, top managers, and official representatives of leading hotel businesses from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, who arrived in Uzbekistan to diversify supply channels for their hotel stock.
From the Uzbek side, delegates from more than 20 leading domestic textile and clothing enterprises participated in the business event. The participants included prominent local manufacturers and brands such as Nurteks, Sharmed Tex, Dina Tex, Rohat Tex, NIFX Mega Group Tex, Aisha Home, Samrafoat, Mergan Tex, Urganch Baxmal, Sofiya Sof Textile, Baxt Textile, Xorazm Tex, and several other factories holding international quality certificates.
During the direct negotiations, domestic exporters presented their production capabilities to representatives of major Saudi hotel chains and premium complexes. Among the foreign partners demonstrating high interest in Uzbek textile products—including bed linen, terry products, and specialized inventory for the HoReCa sector—were executives from chains such as Ghaleb Al Mashaar Hotel, Al Ansar Hotels Company, Alolayan Hotels Group, M Hotel Al Dana Makkah, Maden Hotels, and the international brand Courtyard by Marriott.
Following the rounds of B2B meetings, the parties secured firm agreements on the systematic development of long-term, mutually beneficial cooperation and the upcoming establishment of direct trade ties for the supply of finished products.
