Uzbekistan Honors Entrepreneurs Ahead of Business Day 2026
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has signed a decree awarding a group of business representatives on the occasion of Entrepreneurs' Day. The award is set out in a decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 13 August 2026.
According to the document, the awards recognize significant achievements in the country's development and the expansion of its export potential, contributions to sustainable growth of the national economy, initiative and experience in attracting investment, production of import-substituting goods, expansion of modern services, creation of new jobs and sources of income, and active participation in social life.
Four people received honorary titles. The title "Honored Entrepreneur of the Republic of Uzbekistan" was awarded to Odiljon Boltayev, director for development and investment at "Azia Metall Prof" LLC (Samarkand). The title "Honored Industrial Worker of the Republic of Uzbekistan" was awarded to Bakhtiyor Khamrayev, director of "Gidro Stanko Servis" LLC (Navoi).
The title "Honored Builder of the Republic of Uzbekistan" was awarded to Mukhsinjon Isakov, general director of the "426th Interfarm Specialized Mobile Machinery Column" (Margilan, Ferghana region), and Yorkin Babakhanov, founder of "Central Asian Construction" LLC (Bostanliq district, Tashkent region). The title "Honored Agricultural Worker of the Republic of Uzbekistan" was awarded to Bakhtiyor Akhmedov, head of the "Qo'shchinor Mevasi" farm (Bakhmal district, Jizzakh region).
The Order "For Selfless Merit" was awarded to Botir Kazimov, director of "Bog'izog'on" LLC (Taylak district, Samarkand region); Shunkar Umirzakov, head of the "Sarvar Aziz Umarzoda Ramzi" farm (Akhangaran district, Tashkent region); and Umarbek Sharipov, head of the private enterprise "Tillo Domor" (Urgench district, Khorezm region).
The Order "Labor Glory" was awarded to Kodirjon Akhmedov, founder of "Turon Eco Cement Group" LLC (Uzbekistan district, Ferghana region); Otakhon Masharipov, director of the private enterprise "Chinobod Qurilish" (Khiva district, Khorezm region); Saidgaffar Saynurdinov, founder of "Premier Electrotech" LLC (Akhangaran, Tashkent region); and Isroiljon Uraimov, head of the private enterprise "Al-Hakim" (Khojaabad district, Andijan region).
The Order "Friendship" was awarded to 15 people, including Abdulaziz Abdurakhmanov, founder of the private airlines "My Freighter" and "Centrum Air" (Tashkent); Rastislav Babica, executive director for Central Asia at "AZC Group"; Boiskhon Ganiyev, head of "United Soft" LLC (Shaykhantakhur district, Tashkent); Robert Klein, chairman of the board of "Voltalia"; Bekhzod Kodirov, head of the private enterprise "Narzi Qushbegi" (Boysun district, Surkhandarya region); Oybek Mamatkulov, director of "Azim Zomin Shifo" LLC (Zaamin district, Jizzakh region); Khanifa Matkarimova, head of the farm "Dilshoda Dilshodbek Manzura" (Bogot district, Khorezm region); Shermukhammad Mirzajonov, founder of "Imperial Granit" LLC (Yangiyul district, Tashkent region); Kholmirza Turumov, head of "Oqtosh Kelajagi" LLC (Yakkabog district, Kashkadarya region); Ozkan Ural, head of "Odas Enerji CA"; A'zam Usmanov, founder of "Namangan Qo'ychilik Klasteri" LLC (Turakurgan district, Namangan region); Adakhamjan Khamidov, head of "Fortex"; Botir Khujamov, director of "Chinobod Nurli Zamin Agrofirmasi" LLC (Balikchi district, Andijan region); and Ikram Yuldashev, chairman of the board of "Karakalpak Palace Hotel" LLC (Nukus, Republic of Karakalpakstan).
The Order "Mardlik" was awarded to five business representatives: Rohat Jumaniyozova, head of "Marjona Sabokhon" LLC (Tuproqqala district, Khorezm region); Afzal Kushshayev, head of "Jilvon Jilosi 2020" LLC (Shafirkan district, Bukhara region); Otabek Makhkamov, founder of the "MrOtabekTV" social media page and blogger; Muzaffarkhon Musayev, deputy chairman of the Small Business Association; and Ma'ruf Urunboyev, director of "Narpay Strategy Up" LLC (Narpay district, Samarkand region).
The Order "Salomatlik," second degree, was awarded to Khadicha Nazarova, chairwoman of the board of the non-governmental non-profit organization "Salomatlik Plus Ecology" (Ferghana region), and Sharif Rakhimiy, chief physician of the private clinic "Surge Med" (Urgench, Khorezm region).
The Medal "Sog'lom Turmush" was awarded to Khusan Ataboyev, founder of "Atabaevs Production" LLC (Sergeli district, Tashkent); Shoislom Baratov, head of the non-state educational institution "Ideal Study" (Gulistan, Syrdarya region); and Anvar Kenjayev, head of "Amirshokh 777" LLC (Bukhara).
The Medal "Jasorat" was awarded to Asror Kurbonov, owner of a personal subsidiary plot (Nishan district, Kashkadarya region); Furqat Kurbonov, individual entrepreneur and baker from Termez; and Zulfiya Ochilova, head of the farm "Zulfiya To'ra Qizi" (Peshku district, Bukhara region).
The Medal "Kelajak Bunyodkori" was awarded to Shokhrukh Bakhodirov, founder of "Lazzat Pishloq" LLC (Shakhrisabz, Kashkadarya region); Bekzod Maksudov, founder of "Intest Max" LLC (Mirzo Ulugbek district, Tashkent); Elbek Nurmukhamedov, founder of "East-Games" LLC (Yashnabad district, Tashkent); and Mukhammadkhon Soliyev, director of the non-state educational institution "Innovatsion Maskan" (Samarkand).
The Medal "Shuhrat" was awarded to 22 business representatives from various regions of the country, among them Tokhirjon Adambayev, general director of "Barakat-Alfa" LLC; Davron Dadakhonov, general director of "Global Export Company" LLC; Yulduz Jabbarova, head of "Yu-Meva" LLC (Jizzakh region); Jamshid Ismatullayev, founder of "Chust Textile" LLC (Namangan region); Farkhod Makhmudov, general director of "Brio Group" JSC; Mokhichekhra Norboyeva, head of the "G'ozg'on Chevar Qizlari" production cooperative (Navoi region); Gafur Tulyaganov, founder of the "Ahmad Oltin Jo'ja" restaurant chain; Sherali Urinov, founder of the "Fayz" national cuisine chain; and other entrepreneurs from Tashkent, the Ferghana, Andijan, Surkhandarya, Kashkadarya and Bukhara regions, and the Republic of Karakalpakstan.
