Delegation of Uzbek Defense Ministry visits Azerbaijan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The First Deputy Minister of Defense of Uzbekistan and head of general staff of the Armed Forces Major-General Shavkat Normatov started an official visit to Azerbaijan on 27 January 2014.

According to the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan, Normatov will hold several meetings at the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan within the visit.

The delegation will visit Military Academy of Armed Forces, Azeri High Military School named after Heidar Aliev, Educational Center for Armed Forces and defense industry enterprises of Azerbaijan.

The visit of the delegation of Uzbekistan to Azerbaijan will last till 30 January 2014.
