Davoudi to represent Iran at SCO
Iran’s First Vice-President Parviz Davoudi has left for Uzbekistan to attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) meeting.
The first vice-presidents of the SCO members will meet in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan.
Iran, India, Mongolia and Pakistan will attend the meeting as observer states and Afghanistan as a guest nation.
During the one-day visit, Davoudi is slated to meet with officials participating in the meeting.
The members will issue a joint statement on regional and international issues.
