Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- On 3 June, Crypto Week Uzbekistan 2024 kicked off in Tashkent, organized by the National Agency for Promising Projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan (the Agency), PraeLegal Uzbekistan, and Heemera.
Crypto Week Uzbekistan is an annual event that brings together representatives from regulators and businesses, providing a platform for discussing current issues and trends in the world of crypto-assets.
In his welcoming remarks at the opening of the event, First Deputy Director of the Agency Vyacheslav Pak noted: "Today we can proudly say that thanks to the support and political will of the head of the state, Uzbekistan has become a unique platform where the regulatory and institutional framework for the functioning of crypto-assets has been created.
Undoubtedly, the main goal of developing the crypto industry in Uzbekistan is to increase the investment attractiveness of our country, introduce new forms and methods of attracting investments, both local and foreign, which ultimately aims to ensure sustainable economic growth and improve the well-being of citizens."
Around 200 participants - entrepreneurs, investors, developers, and enthusiasts gathered at Crypto Week Uzbekistan 2024 to share knowledge and explore the boundless opportunities of crypto-assets and blockchain.
The event features substantive panel discussions, masterclasses, presentations of innovative projects, networking opportunities among specialists in the crypto sphere, exclusive announcements, and presentations from leading crypto companies.
