Central Asia to hike gas prices in 2009 - Gazprom
"From 2009 the sale of natural gas will be the same as European prices," Gazprom said in a statement. It did not specify the price.
Gazprom charges Europe, which buys a quarter of its gas needs from Russia, an average of US$260 per thousand cubic metres and has said it expects prices to rise to over US$350 this year.
