Canadian envoy completes his mission in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada to Uzbekistan with residence in Moscow (Russia) John Sloan has been received at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan on 9 September 2013.

During the meeting, the sides exchanged opinion on current state of bilateral relations, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan said.

The sides underlined mutual interest in expanding cooperation in all directions of the Uzbek-Canadian cooperation, first of all, in trade-economic and investment spheres.

In connection with completion of diplomatic mission in Uzbekistan, the Uzbek sides expressed gratitude to the envoy for his constructive contribution to development of relations between Uzbekistan and Canada.
