BTF-SOUZ, InFinBank launch joint project

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Russia’s BTF-SOUZ and InFinBank private joint stock commercial bank (InFinBank) launched a joint project on introduction of money transfer system in Uzbekistan, the Uzbek bank said.

The money transfer network is based at operational cash desks of BTS-SOUZ and offices of InFinBank.

The Russian bank said, private clients can transfer money from Russia to Uzbekistan from 1 February 2010 without opening of account.

Currently, the clients can transfer money to Uzbekistan from 21 branches of BTF, located in Moscow.

During three months, it is planned to open payments on other directions, accessible at BTS-SOUZ system.
