Belarus envoy visits Khorezm region

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Uzbekistan Igor Sokol paid a visit to Khorezm region of Uzbekistan on 21 February 2012.

During his visit, Sokol visited Urgenchkormmash, where a joint venture with Belarus’ Bobruyskagromash on production of agriculture equipment is operating.

At the meeting, the sides discussed issues of further development of mutual beneficial trade-economic cooperation between enterprises of Belarus and Khorezm region.

Representative f Amkodor, Mr. Kozachenko, held meeting with road and communal service enterprises, business circles and farmers of the region to discuss supplies of equipment to Khorezm region.
