Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — On 11 July, Uzbekistan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bakhtiyor Saidov, held talks with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Afghanistan to Uzbekistan, Abdul Ghaffar Terawi.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed key issues on the bilateral and regional agenda, reaffirming Uzbekistan’s unwavering commitment to supporting Afghanistan’s sustainable development.
Particular attention was given to the need for integrating Afghanistan into regional and global logistics and trade networks. Both parties emphasized that strengthening economic cooperation, expanding connectivity, and building a resilient partnership will contribute to regional stability and prosperity in a broader context.
