Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has signed a decree awarding the Dustlik Order to Bakhtiyar Tylakovich Jubayev, head of a beekeeping farm in Nukus district of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the presidential press service said.
According to the decree dated 21 September 2026, Jubayev received the state award for effectively using opportunities created in the country for entrepreneurs, as well as for his contribution to the development of beekeeping and implementation of promising projects in the sector.
The decree notes that, while expanding his operations on the basis of cooperation, the head of the farm demonstrated particular initiative in creating new jobs, providing employment opportunities, improving the well-being of the population and reducing poverty.
The document also highlights his contribution to strengthening an atmosphere of mutual understanding and compassion in society and educating young people in the spirit of hard work, determination and love for the Motherland.
