Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Uzbekistan won a gold medal in rhythmic gymnastics of the 17th Summer Asian Games in Incheon, South Korea. At the same time, athletes from Uzbekistan clinched two silver medals of the Asiad.

Valeriya Davidova, Ravilya Farkhutdinova, Djamila Rakhmatova and Anastasiya Serdyukova claimed the gold medal in team contest in rhythmic gymnastics in the result of performances with balls, ribbons, hoops and clubs.

Aleksandra Kotlyarova won the silver medal in the Women’s Triple Jump of the Asian Games with the result 14.04 meters. Leonid Andreev also clinched silver medal of the Games in Men’s Decathlon.

Currently, Uzbekistan has 8 gold, 11 silver and 14 bronze medals of the Asian Games.
