Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- The Rosselkhoznadzor has carried out work to significantly expand the list of Russian producers of livestock products for supplies to the market of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
According to the agreements reached earlier, the State Committee for Veterinary Medicine and Livestock Development of Uzbekistan approved another 144 Russian producers of fish and finished meat products.
Thus, 262 Russian enterprises have the right to supply livestock products to the Uzbek market.
Also, the Uzbek side clarified that at present, the inclusion of Russian milk processing enterprises in the register of suppliers approved by the Uzbek side is not required. Similar rules apply to enterprises engaged in intermediate storage.
