Amirbank to issue shares for 5bn soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Private open joint stock commercial bank Amirbank will place new emission of shares for 5 billion soums.

In line with emission, the bank will issue 500,000 ordinary shares with par value of 10,000 soums each.

The bank said it will place share on open subscription. The shares will be placed within a year.
