Agostino set to miss ACL clash, Galekovic in doubt

Adelaide United striker Paul Agostino is set to miss Wednesday night’s Asian Champions League semi-final against Bunyodkor in Uzbekistan.

Agostino injured a calf muscle in his team’s first work-out in Tashkent, forcing him to sit out the session and ice his leg.

Agostino has not featured in the Reds starting line-up in recent games.

Adelaide is also anxious over the fitness of goalkeeper Eugene Galekovic, who is trying to overcome a groin strain.

"It’s been good, walking around doing the general day stuff I haven’t felt a thing," he said.

"So like I said, tomorrow’s the test and hopefully I get through tomorrow and it feels good."
