WC-2015: Germany defeats Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Uzbekistan U-20 was beaten in the second match in a row in group stage of the 2015 FIFA U-20 World Cup in New Zealand.

In the second match of the Group F, Ravshan Haydarov’s side lost to Germany with the score 3-0.

Marc Stendera opened the score on 33 minutes from free-kick on 33 minutes of the match. Kevin Akpoguma’s strike doubled the lead of Germany on 59 minutes. Marc Stendera recorded his brace on 84 minutes of the game.

It is worth to mention that Uzbekistan could not record any shot on target in full 90 minutes.

After two games, Germany tops Group F with six points. Honduras and Fiji have three points after two games. Uzbekistan has no points.
