Uzbektelecom abolishes decision to increase prices for telecommunications services

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Uzbektelecom issued a statement on abolishment of the decision on the growth of tariffs for universal telecommunications services from 20 October 2017.

The statement said that the company cancels changes to the price list “Limit Tariffs for Universal Telecommunications Services” in order to “meet the wishes of subscribers and partners”.

Earlier, the company announced that tariffs for fixed and international telephony will grow from 20 October 2017.

According to the new price-list, it was planned to raise tariffs for using the fixed telephony by about 30% and for calls abroad and telegraph services - twice.
