Uzbekistan’s GDP exceeds 100.309 trln. soums in Jan-Sep

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- The volume of gross domestic product of Uzbekistan reached 100.309 trillion soums at current prices in January-September 2014.

The GDP of Uzbekistan grew by 8.1% year-on-year, according to preliminary data, posted by the State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan.

The committee said that in the structure of GDP by forms of ownership the share of the non-state sector was 82.9% and that of the state sector – 17.1%.

Share of goods production in structure of the GDP made 39.2% in January-September 2014 (39.2% in January- September 2013) and service production – 50.1% (49.9%).

Net taxes on products and export-import operations made up 10.7% in the GDP structure in January-September 2014 (10.9% in January-September 2013).
