Uzbekistan U-17 to hold training in England

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Uzbekistan U-17, preparing to the FIFA U-17 World Cup Mexico, left to England to hold training camp, the Uzbekistan Football Federation said.

During the training camp, Uzbekistan U-17 will hold friendly matches against academies of West Ham, Tottenham and Charlton. The first match will be held against West Ham on 5 May.

Uzbekistan led by coach Alexei Evstafeev will face Tottenham on 9 May and Charlton on 12 May. Uzbekistan U-17 will stay in England till 13 May 2011.

FIFA U-17 World Cup Mexico will be held from 18 June to 10 July 2011. The draw will take place on 17 May 2011.
