Uzbekistan takes 75th place in new FIFA rating

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- FIFA, world football governing body, published new rating of national teams on Wednesday, 3 February 2010.

Uzbekistan improved its rating compared to previous and occupied 75th place. In last rating, Uzbekistan was on 76th place.

Uzbekistan is fifth among the CIS states after Russia (13th place), Ukraine (24), Latvia (49) and Lithuania (62).

In Asia, Uzbekistan was seventh. Australia (23), Japan (40), Korea (49), Saudi Arabia (59), Bahrain (60) and Iran (63).
