Uzbekistan taekwondo team wins 14 medals

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Uzbekistan taekwondo team won seven gold, five silver and two bronze medals at the international ITF tournament Big Apple in New York, the United States.

Kamronbek Tahirov and Ibragim Zahidov won two medals each in singles and complex excises.

Hasan Inomjonov, Muhammad Ahmadjonov and Zarguna Ahrorkulova won one gold and silver medals each. Abdulaziz Azamov clinched a silver and bronze medal, UzA reported.

Suhrob Nafullaev was the second and Amirjon Abduraimov was third at the tournament.

Uzbekistan claimed 14 medals and won the first place in general classification. The United States and Puerto Rico were second and third respectively.
