Uzbekistan repairs 70.6 km of gas pipelines

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Uztransgaz carried out capital repair at 70.6 km of gas pipelines and reconstruction works at 105.5 km of gas communications.

According to the company, it tested 7.7 gas pipelines for pressure and cleaned them with air. The specialists of the company revised 72,000 gas distribution points and 5.8 km of underground gas pipelines.

The company said that over 942,000 apartments are supplied with liquefied gas. Some 45 filling stations and points provide services to them along with 209 service centers for distribution of gas cylinders, 222 wagons for the transportation of liquefied natural gas and 58 tanker trucks.
