Power Interruptions Expected in Two Tashkent Districts

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Temporary power interruptions are expected in parts of Tashkent on 16 July due to scheduled maintenance work at electrical substations, the Tashkent Main Electric Networks press service said.

In Yunusabad district, specialists will carry out inspection and maintenance work at the Karamurtskaya substation. As a result, power interruptions may occur from 00:00 to 06:00 in the Obod, Otchopar-1 and Otchopar mahallas.

In Yangihayot district, scheduled maintenance will be conducted at the Istikbol substation. Temporary power interruptions are expected from 02:00 to 03:00 in the Yangi Turmush, Humo, Olchazor, Marhamat, Yangi Choshtepa, Choshtepa, Yangi Hayot, Oriyat, Gulshanobod, Tashabbus, Yangi Umid, Zarbdor, Yorqin Hayot, Khushnud, Yangi Darkhan, Yuldosh, Mashal, Charogon and Dustlik mahallas.

The company said the interruptions are related to scheduled technical maintenance of power grid infrastructure.
