Uzbekistan registers a new anti-record for the number of OVID-19 cases

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- As of 21 January 2022, the number of registered cases of coronavirus infection in Uzbekistan made up 212,289 (+1,390).

New cases were registered:

-57 people in the Republic of Karakalpakstan,

-41 people in Andijan region,

- 59 people in Bukhara region,

- 53 people in Jizzakh region,

-26 people in Kashkadarya region,

-22 people in Navoi region,

-45 people in Namangan region,

- 39 people in Samarkand region,

-19 people in Syrdarya region,

-77 people in Surkhandarya region,

- 142 people in Ferghana region,

- 51 people in Khorezm region,

-183 people in Tashkent region,

-576 people in the city of Tashkent.

132 patients have been cured in Tashkent, 202149 (+437) people have recovered from the disease, the recovery rate is 95%.

4 patients with coronavirus died, and the number of deaths from the disease amounted to 1536 people. Pneumonia was also diagnosed in 289 people yesterday.
