Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — From 18:00 on 24 September 2026, applications for state environmental assessment conclusions in Uzbekistan will be accepted exclusively online through the Unified Interactive Government Services Portal, my.gov.uz, the press service of the National Committee for Ecology and Climate Change said.
The transition to the new procedure is being carried out in accordance with Resolution No. 234 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan dated 11 May 2026. The resolution establishes procedures for submitting applications through the Unified Interactive Government Services Portal and issuing state environmental assessment conclusions electronically.
As part of preparations for the launch of the new mechanism, the necessary technical work was completed. The application submission and issuance of relevant conclusions were tested on the Unified Interactive Government Services Portal.
Following the testing, the new procedure was deemed ready for full implementation.
Accordingly, from 18:00 on 24 September, applications for state environmental assessment conclusions will be accepted only through my.gov.uz.
At the same time, applications will no longer be accepted through the specialized eco-service.uz website.
The state environmental assessment process is therefore being transferred to a single digital channel, centralizing the submission of applications and issuance of the relevant conclusions in electronic form.
