Uzbekistan keeps 68th place in FIFA ranking

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) announced its new ranking of national teams.

According to new ranking of FIFA, Uzbekistan kept its 68th place in the world in new ranking.

Uzbekistan is on the sixth place in the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) and the fourth in the CIS region.

Uzbekistan is behind Iran (33rd place), Japan (47), South Korea (54), Australia(58) and Jordan (65) in Asia and Ukraine (18), Russia (22) and Armenia (35) in the CIS.

Spain, Germany and Argentina are top three nations in the FIFA ranking.
