Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan may open new flights

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Airlines of Kazakhstan are planning to open several new flights to Uzbekistan from Astana, Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Uzbekistan Erik Utembaev said.

He said that new flights will be opened during EXPO-2017 exhibition. Ambassador underlined that about 5-6 million people will visit the exhibition and part of them will want to visit touristic centers of Uzbekistan.

Diplomat said that corresponding ministries and companies of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan already discussed the initiatives. He underlined that it is planned to open flights to Tashkent, Samarkand and Bukhara.
