Uzbekistan increases electricity production by 3.6%

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Uzbekistan increased electricity generation by 3.6% in January-November 2018 compared to the same period of 2017.

In the reporting period, according to the State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan, the country’s enterprises produced about 56.25 billion kW/h of electricity.

Also, in January-November, Uzbekistan produced 24.8 million Gcal of heat energy, which is 1.1% more compared to the same period in 2017.
