Jizzakh Launches BPO Project for U.S. Freight Operations
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — DMGB LOG SERVICE has officially opened in Uzbekistan's Jizzakh region as a new resident of IT Park Uzbekistan, specializing in business process outsourcing (BPO) services.
The opening ceremony was attended by Ozod Bobomurodov, adviser to the governor of Jizzakh region on digital technologies and artificial intelligence; Jahongir Kagirov, Director for Export Development at IT Park Uzbekistan; Makhmud Giyosov, head of the Jizzakh regional department of the Ministry of Digital Technologies; and industry representatives.
The company provides dispatching services for coordinating and managing interstate freight transportation across the United States.
During the event, guests were introduced to the company's operations, core business processes, and working conditions for employees.
The company currently employs 26 specialists and plans to expand its workforce to 100 employees.
According to the organizers, the launch of the new BPO project marks another step in expanding service exports from the Jizzakh region, creating new high-paying jobs, and increasing employment opportunities for young people in the international services market.
