Uzbekistan exports gold worth US$4.04 billion

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) - Uzbekistan increased by 2.6 times the export of gold in January-October 2019 compared to the same period of 2018, according to the data of the State Statistics Committee.

In January-September 2019, Uzbekistan exported gold worth US$4.04 billion.

At the same time, the share of gold in the export structure amounted to 27.3%.

Uzbekistan has increased gold exports in recent years. Gold exports in 2015 exceeded US$823.9 million, in 2016 - US$738.2 million, in 2017 - US$1.6 billion and in 2018 - US$2.91 billion.
