Uzbekistan exported natural gas to China for $295.3 million.

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- In January-July 2023, Uzbekistan exported natural gas to China in the amount of US$295.3 million, the Main Customs Administration of China reported.

According to the Chinese side, Uzbekistan reduced gas supplies to China by 41.6% compared to the same period in 2022.

Uzbekistan has become the fifth major supplier of gas to China after Turkmenistan, Russia, Myanmar and Kazakhstan.
