Uzbekistan created Uzshahar Qurilish Invest

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a resolution “On additional measures on effective realization of the programme on construction and reconstruction of affordable apartment houses in the cities for 2017-2020”.

Uzbek leader approved the establishment of the republican specialized engineering company Uzshahar Qurilish Invest.

The charter capital of Uzshahar Qurilish Invest will make up 1 billion soums, which will be formed due to resources of the Fund for Reconstruction and Development of Uzbekistan, Ipoteka Bank, Uzmetkombinat, Qyzylqumcement and Uzbekinvest.

The company will function as the customer of construction and reconstruction of affordable apartment houses in the cities within the programme for 2017-2020.

According to the resolution, the company will finance and conduct technical supervision over construction of houses. Constructed houses will be handed over to Ipoteka Bank for realization to population due to preferential mortgage loans.
