Uzbekistan appoints Serbian businessman Vladimir Ribić as CCI representative in Serbia

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Prominent Serbian entrepreneur Vladimir Ribić has been appointed as the representative of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan in Serbia. The appointment was announced by the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Serbia.

The certificate confirming his appointment was presented to Ribić by Tanzila Narbayeva, Chair of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan.

The appointment took place during an official visit of an Uzbek parliamentary delegation led by Narbayeva to Serbia, held from 2 to 4 June.

According to officials, the new representative is expected to contribute to the development of trade and economic cooperation between Uzbekistan and Serbia, as well as to strengthen business ties between the entrepreneurial communities of both countries.

The embassy expressed confidence that Ribić will play a role in expanding cooperation between Tashkent and Belgrade and in promoting joint business initiatives and investment projects.
