Uzbekistan and Russia explore thermal equipment ties
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — A delegation from JSC Issiklik Taminoti visited the research and production enterprise ANTARUS in Russia to discuss heating solutions, equipment maintenance in Uzbekistan, and potential production localization, according to the Dunyo news agency. The visit was organized with the assistance of the Consulate General of Uzbekistan.
During the visit, representatives participated in a technical seminar, a round table, and a production tour. The parties examined structural solutions for modular heat distribution units and reviewed differences between Uzbekistan's building codes and Russian standards, including energy efficiency requirements.
Special attention was given to establishing long-term equipment maintenance services within Uzbekistan. ANTARUS presented IngKomplex as its authorized partner in Uzbekistan, which will be responsible for supervising installation, commissioning work, and providing warranty servicing for the equipment.
During the facility tour, the Uzbek delegation inspected production lines manufacturing Fortus modular heat units, ANTARUS pumping stations, Amperus automation systems, and Biogard storage tanks. Representatives were also shown the plant's multi-stage quality control system and testing stands.
ANTARUS stated its readiness to consider localizing production in one of the free economic zones of the Ferghana Valley should order volumes from Uzbekistan increase. Following the business negotiations, ANTARUS and IngKomplex signed a memorandum of understanding.
