Uzbekistan Discusses Copper Processing Technology with FLUOR

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Representatives of Uzbekistan’s Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology, led by Deputy Minister Ural Yusupov, met with representatives of FLUOR Corporation on 12 August.

The sides discussed opportunities to improve the efficiency of enterprises in Uzbekistan through the use of modern copper processing technologies.

During the meeting, FLUOR Corporation representatives presented information about the company’s activities, completed projects and accumulated experience in the relevant field.

The participants also exchanged views on prospects for introducing modern technologies into copper processing operations at enterprises in Uzbekistan.

The discussion focused on opportunities to improve the efficiency of production facilities through the use of relevant technological solutions.
