Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Ummatoy Yuldosheva, an adviser to the Minister of Poverty Reduction and Employment, together with winners of the national “Youngest Active Employee of the Year” competition, took part in a professional development program in Georgia.

During the visit, the delegation studied Georgia’s experience in supporting youth employment, developing startups and training specialists for modern professions.

The delegation also included competition winners Dadakhon Kurombaev from Khorezm region, Javohir Mukhiddinov from Jizzakh region and Shahzodbek Abdullaev from Namangan region.

As part of the program, the participants visited the Georgian Innovation and Technology Agency (GITA), Tbilisi Tech Park, the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia, and the Youth Agency.

The visit focused on modern approaches to developing the startup ecosystem, the use of artificial intelligence and digital transformation. The delegation also reviewed practices for training specialists in in-demand modern professions and supporting youth employment.

During B2B and B2G meetings, representatives of the two sides discussed opportunities to implement joint projects and further develop cooperation.

The visit was aimed at studying modern approaches, expanding international cooperation and promoting effective practices for supporting youth employment.
