Chinese Company Discusses Projects With Kokand University

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Governor of Ferghana Region Khayrullo Bozorov held a meeting in Kokand with a delegation from the Chinese company Shaanxi Foreign Economic & Trade Construction Group Co., Ltd. (SFETCG), led by its head Qin Jianbang. The parties discussed the implementation of joint projects in education and tourism, as well as the further expansion of cooperation.

During the meeting, it was noted that SFETCG has already established cooperation with Kokand State University and prepared a number of project proposals. The negotiators reviewed opportunities for further interaction within these initiatives.

Special attention was paid to developing the tourism potential of Kokand. The parties discussed the possibility of using advanced experience and scientific approaches to enhance the city's tourism appeal.

In addition, representatives of the Chinese company and the Uzbek side considered prospects for establishing partnerships between Kokand State University and foreign organizations in the fields of medicine and inclusive education.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to continue bilateral cooperation within the framework of specific joint projects.

SFETCG is a state-owned company established in China's Shaanxi Province. It operates in international construction, engineering, and foreign trade. According to presented data, the company is expanding its operations in the markets of Central Asia and Uzbekistan.
