Uzbekistan agrees to transmission of Turkmen electricity to Tajikistan
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Uzbekistan has given the go-ahead for the transmission of Turkmen electric power to Tajikistan via its energy system in the autumn-winter period.
An agreement was signed to this effect between Tajik and Uzbek power suppliers in Tashkent last weekend.
