Uzbek Travel to Vietnam Increases 44.7% in First Half 2026

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — A total of 23,409 citizens of Uzbekistan visited Vietnam for tourist purposes in January–June 2026, an increase of 44.7% compared with the same period last year, according to the National Statistics Committee. The increase amounted to 7,200 people.

The majority of visits were for leisure travel, accounting for 22,030 trips. Another 1,212 citizens traveled to Vietnam to visit relatives.

In addition, 157 trips were made for medical treatment, and 10 were for business purposes.

According to the National Statistics Committee, the number of trips by Uzbek citizens to Vietnam increased by nearly 45% compared with the first half of 2025.
