Uzbek delegation pays visit to China

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The delegation of the Republic of Uzbekistan met with the delegation of the Peoples’ Republic of China headed by the Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Cheng Guoping as part of the regular inter-ministerial consultations on 29 March 2012 in Beijing.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan said that the sides exchanged opinions on Uzbek-Chinese interaction within SCO frameworks.

Preparatory and organizational issues for major SCO events during the current PRC presidency in the organization and other significant issues of mutual interest were also discussed.
