UTBANK renamed into Ziraat Bank Uzbekistan

According to the bank, only shareholder T.C. Ziraat Bankası A.Ş. (Turkey) decided to change the name of the UTBANK.

On 25 December 2017, the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan registered a new version of the Charter of the bank with a new brand name - Joint Stock Company Ziraat Bank Uzbekistan.

Change of the name of the bank will not entail any changes in the rights and obligations of the bank in relation to its customers and counterparties, the bank stated.
