Trustbank Registers 1 Trillion Soums Additional Share Issue

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — An additional issue of ordinary and preferred shares of Trustbank received state registration on 11 August 2026, Openinfo reported.

The decision to increase the bank's charter capital by 1 trillion soums was adopted at the annual general meeting of shareholders on 22 May 2026.

The charter capital increase is planned to be conducted using the bank's own equity on a 1:1 basis. Under the adopted decision, shareholders will receive one additional share for each existing share held.

The date for establishing the register of shareholders for the distribution of additional shares will be set following a relevant decision by the Supervisory Board of Trustbank.
