The volume of services provided by resident airlines is increasing

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- In the first half of 2023, resident airlines of the Republic of Uzbekistan operated 28,764 flights.

As a result, growth compared to the same period of last year amounted to 7,524 flights, or 35%.

Of these, the number of air flights carried out to foreign destinations is 16,618 (51%) flights, the number of passengers carried reached 2,398.5 thousand (32%).

The number of domestic air transportation by resident airlines to local destinations amounted to 12,146 (41%) flights, the number of passengers carried reached 1.01 million (3%).
