The volume of gold and foreign exchange reserves of Uzbekistan amounted to $32.89 billion.

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- As of 1 December 2023, the volume of gold and foreign exchange reserves of Uzbekistan exceeded US$32.89 billion, the Central Bank of Uzbekistan reports.

In November, Uzbekistan’s reserves decreased by US$7.5 million.

The regulator notes that Uzbekistan’s foreign exchange reserves exceeded US$8.61 billion, which is $238 million more compared to the beginning of November 2023.

Uzbekistan’s gold reserves at the beginning of December exceeded US$23.72 billion. Compared to the beginning of November 2023, this volume decreased by US$246.5 million.

The physical volume of gold in August decreased by 3.34% - 11.6 million troy ounces.
