Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Ferghana Region Governor Khairullo Bozorov met with Ilkay Chorgundag, regional director of British company ARUP, and Tülay Hatırnaz, Executive Director of ARUP Türkiye, on 29 September.
The sides discussed the development of cooperation and the implementation of prospective joint projects, the Ferghana regional administration said.
During the meeting, regional officials and company representatives considered opportunities for cooperation in engineering, architecture and urban planning.
Khairullo Bozorov highlighted ARUP’s international experience and modern engineering solutions.
He said there was significant potential for cooperation in developing cities and settlements in Ferghana Region, as well as improving transport and engineering infrastructure.
ARUP representatives expressed interest in learning more about the development potential of Ferghana Region and major projects being implemented in the region.
They also expressed interest in identifying areas for mutually beneficial cooperation.
Following the meeting, the sides agreed to jointly develop and implement prospective projects through the effective use of available opportunities.
