Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Kapitalbank plans to issue its sixth bond offering with a total value of 100 billion soums. The decision was approved at an extraordinary general meeting of the bank’s shareholders on 24 September 2026.

The nominal value of each bond will be 1,000 soums, with an annual coupon rate of 15%. The bonds will have a two-year maturity, with coupon payments made quarterly.

The bonds are planned to be offered through an open subscription to an unlimited number of persons. The placement period will be 90 calendar days from the start date of the offering.

In addition, shareholders approved the issuance of bonds through a closed subscription. The volume of this offering will also amount to 100 billion soums, with a two-year maturity. Coupon payments on these bonds will be made monthly.

The coupon rate for the bonds offered through the closed subscription will be determined based on the Central Bank of Uzbekistan’s policy rate plus 1 percentage point.
