Tennis player Belozertsev to represent Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Ukrainian tennis player Nikita Belozertsev will represent the Uzbekistan national team, the country’s Tennis Federation announced.

The athlete is regarded as one of the strongest players of his generation at junior level. He currently holds 13th position in the International Tennis Federation (ITF) junior world rankings.

Belozertsev has previously delivered consistent results at international tournaments and has been among the leading players in the ITF junior circuit.

According to the statement, the tennis player has already begun competing under the Uzbekistan flag at ITF-sanctioned events. He is also participating in ATP-level tournaments, representing the country at the professional stage.
