Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Industrial production in Uzbekistan reached 637.2 trillion soums in the first half of 2026, with the Navoi Region generating the highest volume at 155 trillion soums, followed by the city of Tashkent and the Tashkent Region, according to the National Statistics Committee.

The Navoi Region accounted for 155 trillion soums of total industrial output. The city of Tashkent ranked second with 109.6 trillion soums, while the Tashkent Region placed third, reaching 100 trillion soums.

Together, the three leading regions accounted for more than half of the country's total industrial output, which stood at 637.2 trillion soums for January through June 2026.

The Andijan Region ranked fourth with an industrial output of 54.2 trillion soums. Industrial output reached 32.7 trillion soums in the Samarkand Region and 29.6 trillion soums in the Ferghana Region.

The Bukhara Region produced 26.3 trillion soums worth of industrial goods, while the Kashkadarya Region generated 25.5 trillion soums. The Jizzakh and Namangan regions reported equal output levels at 20.3 trillion soums each.

Industrial output in the Khorezm Region totaled 18 trillion soums, while the Republic of Karakalpakstan produced 15 trillion soums. The Syrdarya Region accounted for 13.8 trillion soums, and the Surkhandarya Region recorded the lowest figure among the reported territories at 9.6 trillion soums.

Overall, the highest industrial production figures during the first half of 2026 were registered in the Navoi Region, Tashkent city, and the Tashkent Region, while the Surkhandarya Region recorded the lowest output.
